1. What is Reseller Web Hosting?

With reseller web hosting, you can sell web hosting services to your own customers without having to operate servers yourself. You can use our powerful cloud infrastructure and set up your own hosting packages via the Plesk interface.

This allows you to flexibly determine which resources and features your customers receive, as well as provide your own web hosting services under your name.

2. Login

You can access your reseller web hosting via the Customer Control Panel (CCP) or directly via the URL that was sent to you by email when you placed your order.

Login via the Customer Control Panel (CCP)

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  2. Go to the Products menu item.
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the Reseller Web Hosting.
  4. Click Auto-Login.

Login via the URL

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  2. Go to the Products menu item.
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the Reseller Web Hosting.
  4. Click Change Password.
  5. Enter a password and then log in directly via the URL displayed.

3. Change View

Change Your Own View

By default, you are in the Service Provider view. If you do not need the reseller functions, you can switch to the Power User view. This view is best suited for managing websites, their files, databases, email accounts, web applications, and other services.

  1. Click Change View in the lower left corner of the menu.
  2. Click Switch to Power User View.
  3. Alternatively, you can also change the view underInterface Preferences.

Switch to the Customer View

  1. Go to the Customers menu item.
  2. Click Log In as Customer to the right of the customer.
  3. Alternatively, you can click Manage in Customer Panel to the right of the subscription or domain under Subscriptions or Domains , or click the three dots and then select Manage in Customer Panel.
  4. Click Back to Administrator in the top right corner to switch back to the reseller account.
