Contract period
Netcup offers flexible contract options for this server model:
- 1 Month Contract: Billed monthly, cancellable anytime, ideal for short-term testing or flexible workloads.
- 12 Months Contract: Billed annually with a 13% discount off the base rate.
- 24 Months Contract: Billed every 2 years with a 26% discount off base rate (an extra ~13% discount compared to 12 months).
Important: The payment period always matches the selected contract term (monthly for 1 month, annual for 12 months, 2-year for 24 months). You can choose any of these during checkout, rather than being restricted to 24 months only.
Location
Through the location configuration, you can choose in which data center your server should be hosted. ‘No preference Europe’ means that your server will be hosted at any European location (AT, DE, or NL).
Choose whether you want to configure your server with a public IPv4 address and /64 IPv6 subnet, or whether you only need a /64 IPv6 subnet. Alternatively, you can also book your server without a public IP address – but please note that in this case, your server will only be accessible via Cloud vLAN.
